Waitlist Policy: Once a Live Performance purchase is made an email will be sent to you that confirms receipt of purchase and includes a list of dates and times available for you to choose from. Photography and Graphic Design clients will be sent a confirmation of receipt, and you will be asked to supply us with your specific dates, times, and specialized needs. There is a 48-hour processing time for radio station marketing requests. Privacy Policy: GME does not share our customers personal information with anyone. Once a customer cancels or has received his or her purchase, his or her personal information is automatically deleted. Membership owners' personal information will be deleted upon plan cancellation. Content Disclaimer: GME does not pay royalties, artists will need to register his or her music/performance on BMI, ASCAP, or equivalent society that tracks royalties. Artists cannot go live from their phones or computers during a Live Interview/Performance but can share the LIVE YouTube link to his or her friends before the show, so they can tune in or watch it later. For customers promoting their music from our Radio Station the music and lyrics must be original works and proof of copyright is a registration requirement. Rescheduling Policy Gorilla Mode Entertainment/GME Recordings/GME News understands things happen and appointment cancellations are sometimes necessary during the course of day-to-day business. For this reason, clients can reschedule. In the case of two or-more appointment cancellations. Clients will need to reschedule no later than 72 hours prior to appointment date and time or be charged an additional inconvenience fee of $25.
